I've bought replacement canopy's several times through Garden winds - I've NEVER had a problem, however this time I have ordered twice and had to return the canopy's both times. I will not order again , have chosen to just replace entire gazebo. I called and the customer service rep I spoke to was not helpful at all."

"Yea, new canopy for our swing. Correspondence was through emails but was very helpful. Only concern is where Velcro is stitched to fabric there are a couple of stitch holes, hope they hold up. No matter it's better than what we had, will just replace again...

It finally wore out in all the sunshine we have at 5300 feet in the mountains of Colorado. Gave us great service tho. This new one does not have any gromets on the corners or in the top to attach the finials and help keep the cover on, plus it does not fit well at all. We are disappointed."
