It finally wore out in all the sunshine we have at 5300 feet in the mountains of Colorado. Gave us great service tho. This new one does not have any gromets on the corners or in the top to attach the finials and help keep the cover on, plus it does not fit well at all. We are disappointed."

"I used the Garden Winds chart to make an order for a gazebo top. When the top arrived it was indeed the wrong top. I called to make a return and spoke with the most unfriendly customer service person. I am out $20.00 to ship the wrong top back after using the chart provided for me. Just a lot of hassle to go through and the rudeness was so unnecessary!!! "
"Although I was happy with previous purchases, this last one not so much. Using their web site guides and measurements, I placed an order for a grill canopy. It arrived as expected, but the actual measurements weren't was is posted on their site. It was 1 1/2" short on one side and an inch short on the other. Needless to say it doesn't fit."
