"Was excited to get a better version of our canopy, unfortunately, they didn't mention that the netting I bought with the canopy does not match. I asked if I could just return the netting and get refunded the difference and was told no - it all had to be returned and re-ordered. Not very logical. "

"Very easy to order, arriving in 2 to 3 days. It was a little challenging to put in place as it was very tight. Perhaps it needs to be 1/2 inch larger around all 4 sides. Otherwise looks very good and tight fitting. I had my original assembly instructions and style # so it was very easy to research and order."

"The order process was quick and easy. The customer service rep was very helpful in correctly identifying the model of our canopy. Delivery was one day early than originally scheduled.
My first reaction when the package arrived was it felt extremely light & thin. Time will tell on how long it will last. Installation took less than 1 hour, but two people were required.
The one con I have (it's a big one) is the cloth material used for connecting the canopy to the frame. When I moved into the house, I noticed the canopy was loose at several of cloth connectors. Upon further inspection I found the cloth had dry rotted. I then read some reviews on Amazon and found others that had the same issue. They need to use some sort of pliable rubber that will withstand sun and weather....or maybe this is just planned obsolescence???"
"This was my second order for a swing canopy within two years. Well made canopy but I wish it would last longer. The material is not able to withstand frequent strong windy weather and will begin to tear within a year and a half of use. I am sure that using a sunbrella fabric would definitely be a better choice. "
"The replacement curved roof canopy for my swing was about two inches too small , I worked with it for three hours . never did get it to fit , i had to trash it after the sides were damage from stretching . "

"This is our second replacement canaopy for the very same frame you advertised the canopy on. We had been pleased with the canopy until we took down the tree that shaded it. A terrible wind came and that was the end it. The new canaopy is tacked along the bind breaker piece which is so much better than our last one. Great improvement. the last would droop , allowing the rain to come in. "

"Only issue that I had was that an email with my tracking information did not arrive which caused me some worry as I was not aware of the status. This was rapidly resolved by Chantel and Jocelyn in their Customer Service department as they gave me up-to-date info and even resent the emails.
