"I am very disappointed in my purchase.
My items look NOTHING like the pictures shown.
The cushion was smaller than the one it is meant to replace, though it says it was made to fit. There are gaps on either side.
The top cover is a thin plastic like material where the Velcro straps to secure it to the bar were sewn incorrectly on one of the straps. Which does not look good. It is not even close to the canopy that it is replacing. But we kept the set because I didn't want to pay the shipping back....which by the way, was charged over $20 for shipping because supposedly the items were shipping separately from two different locations, but in reality they were shipped together in the same box. The canopy was light and thin/small but shipping was similar in price to cushion.
Very sad right now. "

"quality appears very good but i asked for sale price on unit i had bought just weeks before and you folks would not honor it.. I can't imagine that many customers would ever notice this i.e. don't think it would cost you much for these exceptions.
