"quality appears very good but i asked for sale price on unit i had bought just weeks before and you folks would not honor it.. I can't imagine that many customers would ever notice this i.e. don't think it would cost you much for these exceptions.

"Garden Winds supplies cushions/canopies, etc. that WILL fit your swing/gazebo, etc. . The items are not inexpensive, and there in lies the rub. Quality does not seem to match the original, especially with respect to sun damage. Virtually all Garden Winds products are designed to be used outdoors... It seems that almost no UV protection is incorporated into its fabrics. Colors fade quickly, the fabrics 'dry out' , become brittle and easily rip, tear and show rub wear after just one summer season. I try to make our Garden Winds canopy and cushion last two seasons. I reorder the same pieces every other year. When delivered, I'm amazed at the vividness of color and elasticity of the new items but saddened to know that in a few months, the cushion and canopy will look worn again. So, plan on multiple purchases if you continue to use your outdoor furniture for many years."
