"This is the 4th cover we've ordered. Each cover lasts a few years. We take it down for a few months in the winter. The frame has held up quite well is why we ordered another cover this year. Actually I think we have only order 3 replacement covers . I was counting the original cover. The new heavy duty cover is the best !

"I was delighted to find a replacement canopy for my swing! I received it on time and was pleased that it fit well and wasn't hard to install. the only disappointment was the fabric seems to be water repellant but lets in too much sun. It should be made from an awning type material instead of the water repellant jacket material. I will probably buy the awning type material and make one the next time .

"I called to see why my order was still in process since July 14th. The representative told me if I had read the red line, I would have known if one piece is on back order, the entire shipment is delayed. I was not satisfied with her response. After complaining, she finally offerred to send the canapy. I cancelled the expensive cushion I ordered. I still have not received the canapy. I will wait a couple more days and then cancel the order for the canapy as well. The representative needs some additional training in customer service. I would not recommend shopping at Garden Winds."
