The representative told me if I had read the red line, I would have known if one piece is on back order, the entire shipment is delayed. I was not satisfied with her response. After complaining, she finally offerred to send the canapy. I cancelled the expensive cushion I ordered. I still have not received the canapy. I will wait a couple more days and then cancel the order for the canapy as well. The representative needs some additional training in customer service. I would not recommend shopping at Garden Winds."
