"The gazebo canopy we ordered came very fast, but it not the exact fit we had hoped for. It is 10×10 but is too big. We are using it as it is not a very good return policy offered."
"We used the original canopy that came with our pergola for 6 years, but the fabric was showing wear spots and becoming somewhat brittle. After reading the positive reviews on the RIplock replacement canopy, I placed the order. The canopy has been up for a little over one month, and I have had to replace several grommets and repair hanging loops. The grommets are ridiculously small and don't cover much surface area of the fabric, and several pulled through within a few weeks of use. Also, the accompanying fasteners that connect to the side rails are too small and got hung up on the rails every time, so I replaced them with plastic shower curtain rings. In my opinion, the fabric is not nearly as durable as the original canopy, and I will not be purchasing another. Needless to say, I am disappointed. "
"When I first placed my order the shipping cost was more than double the estimate. I emailed asking to adjust and was denied with zero concern. What's the point of having an estimate tool if it's so inaccurate? Then the package arrived and I received the wrong product. I was told I needed to take photos to prove I know how to use a measuring tape - because the difference between 2 feet and 4 feet isn't obvious? The party I am using the product for is in a week and I do not have time to deal with this. I am going to cut the larger product I received down to size to make it work, however all of the panels were folded in half in the box so even after relaxing flat for a few days they are still bent. I am not even sure they are useable. I would not order from Garden Winds again based on the poor, unfriendly interactions I had with three customer service reps and the quality of the product. "
