"I agree with many of the existing comments that I reviewed prior to making this purchase. The color is lighter than the original but still looks good. On my original the sun bleached the top anyway and turned it a lighter color anyway. This canopy is much more sturdy than the original. It is a tight fit as with the original but since it is more study it doesn't rip as easily as the original. The underside of the canopy has a waterproof barrier as well. Very pleased with this purchase."

"I have been working on customer service help me find the replacement canopy since April 2016 approximately 4 months. It arrived doesn't fit and now I lose ten dollars by returning it. Annoyed and took my gazebo down. Never will work with them again. "

"We've had our pergola since 2008. When we bought it from Canadian Tire we asked if a replacement canopy could be purchased for future use and were told they didn't handle them.
I went surfing the net and found Garden Winds, I was ecstatic! I ordered two replacement canopies and we have just now installed our second one (we've gotten about 4 yrs out of each).
I went back online and once again was happy to still be able to obtain replacements through Garden Winds and so ordered another 2 replacements.
Shipping costs and delivery time were very reasonable.

"My canopy cover fit nicely. The material it was made from is so thin it may not make it through the summer. I had to fabricate some aluminum cross braces to support the top of the material from sagging. No where near the thickness of the original canopy.
Not up to the standard I would expect."

The rip lock canopy seems much stronger than those purchased in the past. I'm just happy that they continue to have the replacement canopy for my gazebo after all these years! "

"Ordered 2 replacement canopies, when I received them , one was a color that looked nothing like the color on the website. Called customer service to change colors. The rep I initially talked to said I could send back, but it would cost $10 if I used their return label and then I had to re-order but would have to pay shipping again. I said that wasn't fair, given that the color didn't match. I want getting any relief so I asked to talk to the supervisor. The supervisor was very nice and when I explains it all again, she agreed to waive shipping on a different color canopy and didn't charge me for the return shipping. Ultimately , they did the right thing and I was satisfied. The product is well made. "
