"Garden Winds processed and delivered the order very quickly, impressive. I'm not happy with the product, a replacement canopy. I measured before ordering and the measurements for the product on the web matched exactly. The brand and model also matched exactly. The canopy was very difficult to get on, I could not get one corner all the way on. This is the second replacement from Garden Winds, the first replacement also had the same issue, too tight. The original canopy lasted less than 2 years, the first replacement lasted exactly 2 years, and I'm not sure this second replacement will last more than 2 years, it looks like a plastic table cloth. I'm in Arizona and the only cover that lasts in the blazing sun here is Sunbrella fabric. If this canopy fails in 2 years, I'm just going to get a cheap tarp and tie down the corners. A hundred bucks every 2 years is unreasonable and the product should be more durable. I have Sunbrella patio umbrellas that last 10 years or more."
"Bought this replacement for the Costco Barcelona Gazebo canopy that was damaged by high winds. It was very easy to install as the fit was perfect.
However, I preferred the original heavier terra-cotta fabric. This cover is a very lightweight ripstop nylon that transmits much more light. The original also had Velcro straps and pole-end pockets that took some of the stress off the attachment grommets. This cover relies solely on the grommets. I'm concerned they will pull out of the fabric under windy conditions. Time will tell. "

"Received the Canopy for my pergola pretty fast, the color is great. The canopy ordered was a one size fits most. I was able to use the canopy by weaving it through slats in the pergola which gave it extra stability and shortened it somewhat. The design gave it a little something extra, it looks great and works great."

"I ordered two matching replacement canopies at a total cost of $259.88. The order arrived in a single compact package. However, the quality of the awnings was very low, probably at the level of awnings worth maybe $30 each. After paying my own return shipment charges, Garden Winds, despite my complaints, refunded only $169.88 , effectively charging me double the quoted shipping and handling charge of $45 despite the single order shipment. It is apparent the company is out to scam not serve buyers."

"I went online to find a replacement canopy for a gazebo I bought at Lowe's 4 years ago. That model is discontinued (S-J-109DN) and Garden WInds showed that they had it on the website. I ordered it, it arrived promptly but when I had a handyman over to put it up, it was smaller than the original canopy that came with the gazebo. It was so small that we couldn't affix the 4th corner and it buckled the frame. After speaking with 3 different customer sales reps I was advised to take pictures and to email a copy of the front page of the manual. I did. Another person emailed me suggesting that I lay it out in the sun for 2 days to stretch it! Really? This was not a viable solution when the product clearly was too small for the frame. DO NOT BUY THIS IF YOU HAVE THIS GAZEBO!
They were however very nice about my returning it and promised a full refund."
