"Truly you have an excellent customer service team. The material of your canopy is much to be desired. After two years the canopy top has to be replaced. It dry rots, won't stretch anymore, gets chalky and the sown corner seams rip very easily. I've upgraded and it never seems to help. The top is on from 1 June until Oct. and with a 1 year limited warranty the customer loses. After storing for the winter months and re-installing the problems of ripped seams occur. After two two years the canopy top it's done. "
