Upon emailing them and sending a photo of our gazebo frame, they were immediately helpful in telling me what canvas top to order. I also mentioned we had ordered from them before and in mere minutes they emailed back the exact top we needed to order as they had retained the information in their files from our order a couple years ago. "I needed a replacement canopy for a gazebo but accidentally tossed my original paperwork with the make and model number. I searched for quite a while but couldn't find a gazebo match. A paragraph on there Garden Winds web site said to submit picture via email or text to find the make and model number. I took the pic and texted it to them and received a response the next day with the make and model number. I ordered the canopy and received it 2 days later. The canopy is on and I'm ready for the summer! "
