Contacted customer service and they verified that nothing on hand was like the photos on the site. Was offered a 15% discount for my troubles or a full refund for the return. I needed a canopy so I elected to go with the 15% discount. Do better guys, your site listed various canopies for this model of umbrella, but none of them were like what is pictured."
