"Sadly, the canopy I purchased was too small, it was 2 inches smaller than the listed measurements, which does not allow the umbrella to open completely. They would not replace it, only offered for me to return it for a refund. They did offer to slightly discount it which is why this is not a one star review. I would have wished they would replace it with the hope it was a one off issue. There was such positive remarks about the Customer Service on-line that my expectations were much higher than the outcome."
