"Every few years I have to replace my canopy. Much of it depends on the wind storms we get. I just pop onto the website, my account has what I order and I reorder. It's probably the simplest ordering I do on the computer. And it always comes within a few days. I may have to what until the weather improves to put it up. But it's always a perfect fit, easy to put on and looks great for more years. Best thing I do you myself. "

"Garden Winds was fantastic about helping us find the right replacement canopy for our porch swing! I sent the photos and what I could find of numbers that could be model numbers and they had correctly identified it and sent the product within a day or two at most. I was reassured by their return guarantee if it didn't fit. The only thing that could have been better for us to get a 5 star review would have been to include instructions on how to install. There were no You Tube videos to access either. I was so proud of my brain-injured husband for figuring it out! It took a lot of cognitive exercise that was certainly beyond me; we only had the dis-assembly of the old top to go by, but he did it and we are so happy. Icing on the cake for this company--they even included a QRcode sticker to put on our swing for if it fit, for the next time it might need replacing! Really great customer service...just add that one more piece for 5 stars!"

"I have ordered in the past and have absolutely loved their products and their service and it saddens me to write this review. I got.my new canopy and put it up. Two days later we had a light rain and noticed water dripping on us from multiple holes in the canapy. Every seem like is perferated with holes and not just on the seem like. Our precious products did not have this issue at all. It never leaked water at a seem. I understand these are not water proof but this is a manufacturer defect with a bunch of holes.
I got a hold of customer service the first time and the offer me a 20% money back on a replacement canopy which is kind of insulting. I call back a second time and customer service actually tells me that sometimes those defects happen durrwn manufacturing of the product. I just don't understand why this company will not stand up to their warranty that they have attached to their product. I am going to take this product off it's frame and put the old one back on even though it has a 12 inch hole in it. At least it doesn't leak on us or my expensive furniture and it doesn't leak at the seems
