"The ordering and delivery process was all good. The problem is that the replacement canopy, while being the right size, is of different material and a different design than the original. There are much wider open flaps at the top and these allow rain to get inside. We happened to have a very light rain for just a short period the day after I installed this and rain was getting in through these openings. That never happened with the original canopy top. So while the process was all good, we are not happy with the actual product."

"We had recently been trying to either find material and sew our own, or find a replacement for a porch swing canopy that had deteriorated so we could put the swing back in service after a fairly long spell without it. We happened on to the Garden Winds website featuring replacement canopies. Our problem had been finding anything that was the direct replacement and configuration (size) for the brand of canopy and frame that we have had for over 15 years. This replacement was the correct size and designed to fit exactly the same as the original. It was very reasonably priced, and arrived almost suddenly. We were quite surprised at the speed with which our order was filled and shipped. Although we have not been able to set up the swing due to weather, we are looking forward to its use as the weather improves. "

"Tarps were poorly constructed. Seams poorly folded and out of place, not symmetrical, already coming apart. Grommets installed too close to the edges. Some have already torn off. "
