"I ordered some potato seeds from this company. The shipping information said 6-12 days. However, when I emailed requesting information the seeds I was told it would actually be 3 weeks till I got them. They said there was nothing they could do. I guess informing the customer about actual shipping times is not something they are able to do. Plus, their customer service rep when I called was very rude. "
"Upgraded shipping by 2 levels, nearly doubling the cost of shipping from $9.90 to $18.05, so my item would arrive in time. My item wasn't even given to FedEx until the 4th business day after I ordered, and is currently scheduled to arrive on the 6th calendar day that FedEx has had it. Unless you want to pay a lot for shipping and don't care when your purchase arrives, you should look elsewhere."
"Gardners.com is a great place to find gardening supplies that you cannot find at your local garnder store (or are too expenseive there.) We found some great self-watering and regular raised beds that have allowed us to use the sunniest part of our yeard that has proven way too dry for conventional gardening. Very reasonable pricing as well as shipping and handling. "
"In the past this merchant has had merchandise that no one else seems to carry. Further, when they have a sale it is always good. We have bought from them for many years, even before the internet."
"Good company to do business with. Their prices are not what I'd call "low," and in some cases are higher than I'd expect, but they carry a number of unique and unusual yard and garden products. Their rain barrels are very reasonable compared to other vendors. I recommend Gardener's Supply because they communicate shipping info well and their shipping charges are very, very reasonable. I paid just $12 shipping for a 40-gal. rain barrel and downspout diverter that shipped separately. With so many sellers making shipping a profit center with jacked-up s&h, I'm impressed with this."
