"I was very pleased with this company. I heard about them on an online forum, and was interested in a pair of "Astronomical Binoculars". Their site is set up for easy access and surfing.

I had a couple of questions to ask with regard to my potential choice. My first emailed question was responded to in less than an hour with a friendly, informative answer. My second email was responded to in just a few minutes. I ordered a pair of 15x70 binoculars.

I didn't receive a tracking email from fedex for a few days. A quick email to Garrett Optical and within a very short period of time, they had sent me another copy with a tracking number. (They HAD already shipped, and in fact, I received them the following day)

The product I received was packed well, collimated correctly, and was everything they advertised it to be. I have been using them for both day and night use, and they have been great!

Overall, with the quality of product, good packing, fast shipping and above average customer service, I can't see how you could go wrong with these people. I will definitely be a return customer, and have spoken to several
