"Was told to "shut my gob" when i tried to complain about missing parts.

Our gazebo was supplied at the last minute for an event, but had missing parts - we had no alternative than to trade the event anyway, but this damaged the gazebo and when i called to explain this the manager simply shouted over me. When i tried to speak they simply put down the phone, when i called back they became abusive, shouting at the top of their voice and then put the phone down again.

We paid £3000 for a top line Gazebo and expected a bit more from the supplier.

The WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD AS A CUSTOMER.
