"I ordered a Sony DCRDVD200 Camcorder on Mar.18, and received a confirmation via e-mail next day, on Mar.19. I was satisfied with that response, but called them anyway the same day for cofirmation of that order and expected delivery time. I waited ~20 minutes before I got a representative on the phone, but I'm used to that from other internet merchants, and similar situations (still not good).

I was told that the product will be shipped within two days. I asked for shipement tracking #, but that was not available at the time.

In the meantime I inquired 5 times via e-mail about the sipping status and tracking #, without any response.

This is low-end customer service, and I will not buy anything again from that supplier.

"I ordered the Canaon S-400. They won't send out your product without calling you first (week after order date)and try and sell you "way over priced" extras. When I said no thanks and asked when they would send out my camera, the guy said THREE WEEKS. These guys are crooks, lets see If I actually do get my camera? Stay Away!!!!

"Terrible experience!! Avoid this store!!! Website claims item is in stock, lying sales rep confirms. I placed my order on Monday, October 27 for a Canon 10D digital camera. I wanted to have it for my vacation on Friday. The salesman says I need to pay $50.00 air shipping to guarantee delivery, (one state away ). Friday comes, no camera. I call and I’m told that no one is available in customer service till Sunday. After waiting on hold for 12 min. on Sunday I’m told that they don’t have the camera but expect it in on Tuesday. I cancel the airfreight. Monday I find the camera in stock at another store, I call Gazma and I’m told that they have no idea when the camera will be in, rep blames his co-workers for misleading me. I cancel the order and find out that my credit card has already been charged. I call again and am promised a refund within 72 hours. Four days later no refund. I call once again and am told that refunds take 10 days, the credit department blames previous rep for misleading me (the Gazma MO). I am fed up at this point and I let them know it. Credit department promises an instant refund, then e-mails me that it may be 7-10 days before the credit appears on my account. I’ve made hundreds of online purchases and this company doesn’t have a clue concerning customer service. If they treat their other customers the way they treated me, they won’t be around for very long.

"On November 7th I have ordered (listed on their WEBSITE as in stock) digital camera CANON S400.
Today is November 17th and no delivery yet, although my money was taken from my account the same day the camera was ordered.
I was hoping to get it for a family event and I am very disapointed. I have called the GAZMA customer service and after 20 minutes wait I spoke with a guy who did not care about the problem at all. No explanation was provided and from the voice tone and what he had to say I was left with an impression that he could care less whether I will get what I have paid for.
I was informed that my camera will be shipped within 48 hours and it should be delivered within 7-10 days afterwards!!! I told him that if my camera is not here by next Monday I will cancell the order and let my bank get my money back! I am unhappy and I will never buy from that outfit anything in the future! So be aware if that "good deal" - I wish I have paind a few dollars more and have the product, as they say you get what you paid for...

"Buyer beware. After I ordered I was notified about a great deal they had. I was offered a package deal for $99. My credit card was charged for $200 more. When I contacted the company they basically called me a liar and there was no way they could have offered me all of the items for that amount. Also I paid for 3 day delivery. I recieved the items 8 days later."

"I had a bad experience shopping for a Sony DSC-V1 digital camera through GAZMA.com. I ordered this camera on Wednesday night, October 15th. Having not received any shipping confirmation later, I called the company on four separate occasions over two weeks asking for the shipping status. Although the company's internet site had shown that the product was "In-Stock", they had run out and were "expecting a shipment" or the former “shipment was bad (grey market)”. Finally, today, on October 31st, over two weeks after I had placed an order for an "In-stock" item, I was told they were "expecting a shipment" next Tuesday. I told them how disappointed I was and to please cancel the order. This has been the worst Internet shopping experience I have ever had!"

"On 9/25/03 I completed an online order transaction for a digital camera which was processed and confirmed by Gazma's online system, that was followed by an e-mail confirmation of the order and price, an entry on their online tracking system and a follow up phone call with a service rep that finally informed me the item was backordered (not in stock as their web site said) until 10/10/03 which with the 3 day selected shipping I agreed to would put delivery at or around 10/15/03 making allowances for the weekend. That date has come and gone with no update as to additional delays or a new estimated shipping date either in person or via their order status page. As of this date 10/20/03, repeated attempts to get their sales staff to give me an updated delivery date have gone unanswered. As this is a violation of federal law(FTC)governing mail order procedures (yes they do include Internet companies, see www.ftc.gov) for keeping customers apprised of shipping delays and Gazma's ignoring direct requests to get updates, I would strongly discourage future buyers from using their services as they do not adhere to even simple laws governing Internet business and instead ignore thier customers when they have legitimate requests or complaints about thier service. The attitude I get from them is go ahead, order it and tie up your credit card. We'll ship it if we feel like it (maybe) but you have no right to know when or if. Not exactly good customer service from a company that advertises itself as a CNET Certified Merchant."

"These people have the worst customer service that I know of. They charged my credit card before shipping the item. Did not ship the item in time. The order was cancelled. Its 14 days now and I am yet to see the refund on my credit card. I have called them several times and they keep telling me that the "refund has been issued two days back" etc. Here are the details.

I ordered a Sony DCR Vx2000 on 09/15/2003. Before placing the order I called them and I was told that they do have it in stock and can ship the item within 24-48hours. I placed the order online and called them back immediately to enquire about when it would ship. I was told that it would
ship on 09/17 if I chose 2day shipping. I chose 2 day shipping as I badly needed the item shipped soon. I called then on 09/17/2003 and asked them if the item shipped. I was told that the item shipped and that I would receive a tracking number after the midnight. Well, I did not receive any tracking number even by next day morning. I called them immediately and one of their customer service representivies told me that the item did not ship yet. I was really unhappy and asked to be connected to the manager. The manager kept telling me a lot of different things. At first he said the
UPS truck did not arrive the day before and hence they could not ship it at the promised time. I told him that I was very unhappy with the service. They lured me into paying extra for 2day shipping saying the order would ship on 09/17, latest. I told him that and that I was really unhappy. At that point he said he can "recall the item back from the truck" and cancel the order if I
wanted. I asked them to cancel the order.
They had already charged my Credit card and told me I would get the refund in 24-48 hours. Its more than 11 days and I am yet to see the credit on my account.

"Bought a Sony DSC-F717 from Gazma via internet. They had the best price, unit in stock, and it was shipped to me in 7 days. I did get a phone call from a rep trying to sell me accessories, which I did not buy, and there was no high pressure for me to do so. Everything went real smooth and easy with my order and I have recommended them...a friend bought the same camera from them as I did and had it shipped quickly."

"Do not consider ordering from these people. They lie with all smooth sincerity. I ordered, based on their having stock to ship. It didn't ship on first promise date. They said they would ship two days beyond the first promise date. They didn't. I called to cancel, only to be told they had shipped the night before and tracking number would be provided that very day. Both lies! I sent email to cancel order.( I also reordered from a reputable company)
Five days later on Tuesday night the aforementioned Gazma decided to ship to me AFTER my more than clear cancellation. Why would they do this seemingly ridiculous action?
They must believe that VISA would allow them to charge me for two shippng charges plus a ridiculous restocking fee of 15% for a unopened hot ticket item. This would give them more profit than selling the item and they would still own it.
I am contacting the BBB and my VISA/Bank to see if their fraudulent behaviors can be stopped.
The replacement camera will be here this Friday from NewEgg. The Gazma attempt to rip me off will get here next Wednesday. My cancellation letter told them that I would not accept any shipment sent to me after 8/21. they shipped on 8/26.
They don't seem to care. I don't enjoy this exercise. You can avoid similar pain by just steering clear of them.

"Got product, but probably won't buy from again.
Ordered on August 17 (Sunday). Bought a Sony DSC717 for $619 (good deal). Opted for 3 day shipping for another $29.00. The next day (Aug. 18 [Monday]) got a call to confirm order.

Called back at around 12PM. Didn't wait too long to speak to a rep. Rep did his sales pitch, trying to sell me other things, when I refused, asks questions like "Why not?", and still insists for me to buy it, giving numerous reasons why. I gave in. Buying 3 Lenses and a Case for $150. Though it sounded like a good deal , I've checked elsewhere online and I can get these for a much cheaper price.

After I agreed, he then acted like he was in a rush. I also specifically asked, "Will it be shipped today?". He then responded, "Yes, you will get it in 3 days."

The product WAS NOT shipped the same day, it was shipped the following day (Tuesday). Since this was a birthday present, and I opted the 3 day shipping, I was hopping to have this product by Wednesday, or at the latest, Thursday.

PROS:
-Cheap Prices
-Product IS new.

CONS:
-Cheap Prices, because they try to sell you addons, when you call to confirm.
-Customer service, is not up to par with other merchants I've dealt with.

"Never buy anything from gazma.com. From my experience they are one of the worst reseller online. Placed an order for Sony camcorder DCR-IP220 with them on Aug.12. Called them to confirm that they did have in stock. Received another phone call trying to sell me more accessories which I don't need. My credit card was charged on Aug.15. Called them again on Aug.18 since I still didn't have any shipping info. after about 6 days. I was told that due to blackout, the order was lost. I have to wait another two weeks if I still want it or they will refund my money back. Their statement of " the credit card will be charged when the order is ready to ship" isn't true at all. Wait another 5 days, finally today Aug.23 I got my money back. Never deal with this site. I don't understand why they are CNET certified."

"I am regret that I ordered a Canon Powershot G3 with Gazma. I should have read all the reviews before I make my

decision. I just thought that they are c/net certified so placed my order. Their statment of "Most orders are shipped within

2 business days of receiving your order" is not true. I placed my order on 8/11/03 and so far they have not shipped my

Camera yet. Besides, I noticed that they don't list "included accessories". When I called them on 8/14, they said it will be

shipped on 8/15. On 8/17, one sales called me and tried to sell me camera filter and CF card. I told him that I don't need

them now just send me the Camera. He told me that my order will be shipped tomorrow. I called them the next day

afternoon, they then told me due to the blackout, the order get delay. It will be shipped next 24 - 48 hrs. Let's wait and

see but I am out of my patience now.

"Ordered the Sony DSC-F828 around midnight. They called me around 10:30am wishing to sell me some accessories. I told them I have the accessories from my old Sony DSC-F717 then asked me how long it will be to receive the new F828. They told me... 3-4 weeks! I thought availability: "yes" = "in stock." Unless they mean availability means that the camera is available to the public but not necessary "in stock." This kind of BS didn't happen the last time I ordered from them as you guys can see my first review in the very beginning."
