"Did not receive the product that I ordered which by the way took forever to get here.. I ordered alkaline batteries and I received non alkaline . It clearly states that if a customer receives the wrong item a full refund and shipping would be given .. I have called twice and now received an email stating no shipping return.. I am totally disappointed in your customer service and would appreciate if this issue would get rectified "
"I opened the package containing the can opener and tried to open a can of tomato bits and it stalled 6 times. I did as directed by spinning clockwise and it would stall each and every time. The first stall was about one half through opening the can. So as you can see using a hand opener would have been more efficient. I have arthritis and carpal tunnel in my hands and it is getting worse. I thought that this was my answer to the pain. I used your AA batteries that I also purchased at the time so I just have not solution to my problem. Have I wasted my money. It has already been a problem with GearXS not having my billing information that I had to reapply. I enjoy your offers but, what do you suggest with this new problem? Ron"

"I haven't received my product yet, three days ago I received an email that said it would be shipped within 24-48 hours and that I would receive conformation of the shipment. Well no email, no shipping notice which makes since because it took you 4 days to reply to my email asking you why my product hasn't been shipped. when I bought it your delivery notice said shipped in 3 to 5 business days. Well it has been about 20 days and no product. No phone call, no shipping notice, no email.

They were simply fleece gloves, not suitable for winter wear at all.
