"Good Morning..Everything was going great up until I got my order then I used one of the two pair of earphones the white ones has a lot of static and the black ones only one of the earphones you can hear out of..I sent them an email first they said they couldn't fine me email so I set them my order number and the date I ordered the set of earphones..So after that they ask what would I like to do all I want to do is exchange them no refund now I have to fill out that form in order to get anything done.Which is ok but the disturbing part was when they said what would I like to do when I put in the email in the beginning that I wanted to make an exchange in nothing else.Yes it was a great deal on the earphones but back and forth on the emails first they can't find my email address them they can't find my order number then they ask me what would I like to do..When I stated in the beginning what I wanted to do..Yes I'll prefer from yall again but I will be very careful next time "

We unfortunately, are unable to accept returns or process exchanges for opened bedding essentials. However, due to this inconveneince, we would like to offer you a final 20% refund. Please advise should you accept and we will have this processed back into your account.". So I would have a set of bed sheets that would last me at the most one or 2 washing's with no option for refund or exchange.
Now how was I to know of the flaw prior to opening the bedding???"
