"I ordered 2 sheet sets from them on their eBay site, and they posted a "customs number" but then wrote to tell me the items weren't even shipped. They gave me a refund for them. But then another set I ordered from them never arrived. It also had a "customs number", and this was supposed to be my assurance that they were shipped...even though they are late/never arrived.
I don't know what is up with them. Some people say they are a scam, while others are getting their things. I think it may be just that they are a badly run business. Either way, they are refusing to give me a refund for the missing items, and that is very not cool. So if you buy from them you may or may not get your things, and they may or may not give you a refund.
***Update April 15, 2016***
In response to this review and email exchanges, customer service agreed to give me a refund if it did not arrive within 45 business days. Today, my package finally arrived and in good condition. It was packed well, and the quality was excellent for the price...even prettier than the photo.
I really think they should use regular postal tracking numbers to avoid panic and confusion. This is the main problem. Aside of that, at least in bedding products, they're pretty good.

The sheets...60% microfiber, 40% bamboo, and 100% pure evil. These sheets are good...too good. I used to wake up in the middle of the night a couple of times, sweaty or otherwise uncomfortable. No more of that. So despite the scary first time with the customs numbers, I ordered more. I highly recommend these to anyone who has temperature issues."

"Disappointed as I had put in my order, only to get an email later that the website does not ship to my location. I wish I would have known that prior to placing my order. Additionally, I read reviews of customer purchases of the product and it would appear the site needs to have better measuring in terms of actual numbers and provide details if the fabrics stretch or accommodate or if they must be purchased a size larger (re: leggings).
Will try to find something else to purchase another time i guess. "
