"I ordered twice from this company and they've never failed me. First order was a foldable headphone set and it was a good product for the price. shipping took forever however the product again was worth the wait. Second product was a fleece blanket and for some reason my confirmation didn't come to me via email. Usually you get a confirmation once you place an order with gears x but no confirmation came to my email at all. I normally screenshot the confirmation number once I place an order or when I pay a bill but was in a rush and had forgotten to screenshot this confirmation. I left the page alone on my phone and the next day tried to screenshot the confirmation number but the web page failed. logged into my account on gears x website to check confirmation of order via my account and still there was no confirmation. Two days later I checked my PayPal balance and sure enough gears x took my money!!!! Where the hell was my confirmation though??? So I emailed customer support and a rep advised me that there was no order associated to the email address that I provided so I provided another email. I then got the confirmation number from the rep the next day as well as a tracking number ???????????????? issue handled quickly and received my blanket sooner then expected - thanks gears x you may want to fix the issue with order confirmations or you'll get more upset customers calling ! "
