"I purchased some software from this company which gave me an error during installation and would not install properly.
I emailed customer support but never received any reply.
I finally ended up searching the web and finding a trial version of the software, downloading it, and then using my cd key on that version.
I should not have had to resort to this, and wonder what would have happened if I actually needed to make a return.
