"While they were nice and usually have decent prices, I was told a sportiva tx2 fits just like a boulder x, And they are on completely different width platform than boulder x, which caused comfort and performance issues. They were nice enough to offer store credit but I would have to pay shipping.... while working in the climbing shoe industry myself I understand mistakes are made but if I told a customer something fit just like something else and it didn't I would feel the need to take ownership for that mistake. Thank you for quick response to situation but very displeased with results. I'm sure the live chat guys just didn't know any better and made an educated guess.

"I was pretty skeptical of gearexpress, their website is a little old looking. Needless to say they had an awesome deal on a pair of harnesses I wanted for when I take friends climbing. Then I noticed the free shipping for orders over $50 so I added some cord for a project I had. $10 worth of cord for $2 more than paying for shipping seemed like a good deal. At the end of the checkout page they have a box for extra instructions. I asked for my cords to be cut in various lengths, which they did at no extra charge. The shipping was fine 3 days w/ UPS, there were options for faster shipping but I wanted it free so I was happy. Overall I would recommend them to friends, the website needs a makeover but if they want to save a few bucks on a website to save me a few bucks on the products I'm happy. (I don't mean to bash the website its very adequate just not flashy)"
