"I am very dissapointed with my transactions with this company, especially with their customer support. They never informed me if some of the ordered items were out of stock. They tend to ignore your messages until you threaten to cancel your payment. They even refuse to refund you your money in case you want to cancel your order. If you're still going to order from them, be prepared to wait from 2 to 3 weeks before your order would finaly be shipped, and pay them only with paypal to protect yourself from fraud.

"I found GearZoneProducts through a Google search looking for a certain product. They had an excellent price on the CamelBak Trizip that I was looking for but was unable to find many reviews for GearzoneProducts except for the one entry on here, so I was hesitant.

I decided to go ahead and order the Trizip by calling them, where I also confirmed that they had it in stock. After ordering it, the customer service rep let me know that I would receive a confirmation and shipping information the next day. I received by the sales confirmation and tracking number the next day as promised. Fast forward 3 days and I received a package from UPS and I now have my new Camelbak Trizip in the color I ordered.

I am a very happy customer and will certainly order from GearZoneProducts again.

"I was very dissapointed with my transactions with this vendor. I placed 2 orders for a total of 5 pairs of pants under the "free shipping" guise. I ended up returning 3 pairs as they did not fit. I was then charged the full shipping cost of the original orders plus return shipping. I did return one pair from one order and two pairs from the other order but I kept 2 pair (one that was actually too big, but I had worn and washed them so I obviously felt obliged to keep them) so I was shocked to find out they would turn around and charge me the original shipping on both orders! The original "free shipping" offer was if you bought 2 or more pairs of this particular brand pant. I told the custumer service person that one expects to pay return shipping in case something doesn't fit but not the original "free shipping" if something is returned. This made no difference, she charged me anyway due to the technicality that I returned things from 2 seperate orders.

My warning to anyone buying from this vendor is be absolutely sure that what you buy is exactly what you want or you will be responsible for the shipping costs even if you originally ordered the items under a "free shipping" offer.

I really felt this was very poor customer service to someone who did in fact purchase items from them.
