Anyway i received atrcking number in the email after paying, after a week and no parcel i checked the DHL site, it stated the package had been delivered.

I emailed the website and within an hour Kevin had sent another bivi cover my way and filed with DHL. Talk about service, you cannot beat these people. I believe it is a small family run company, all I can say is I will be happy to use them again!
