"I placed my order on Dec 2, I didn't get my order until Dec 24. Luckily the day before Christmas. The extra $30 I spent for shipping was a waste, I should at least get the $30 back. The product is not the best in the world either, I believe you owe me a charger being when it was unplugged from the wall the plugs stayed in the outlet. How dangerous is that. Overall not happy with Geartaker.

"I received my order in time. Super happy about that. I wouldn't have been so worried if they would have let me know when it was shipped and given me a tracking number. Also, the product box was damaged. The product wasn't damaged, thank goodness. I would recommend better packaging. The price of the my product was excellent. "

"I placed an order on November, 29, and I chose the free air mail shipping. Because I chose this method, I understood it would take a while for my items to get to me. If you need your items in a hurry, then pay for a different shipping method. My items should be to me around Dec. 17, plenty of time for Christmas. I recieved an e-mail because an item I ordered was not available and I was issued a refund, along with an appology. I am very pleased with the service provided, and as long as I get my items,I am most confident I will, I am sure I will order from Geartaker.com again. "

"I ordered on 11/29/11 and still have not received a tracking number. They told me on facebook that it was shipped last Thursday, but no updates since. Now their website has been down the last two days. If they actually ship my items, I will revise this feedback. At this point, it appears that this site is a scam.

Update - 12/12/11
Received tracking info via email. Will give another update once order is received. Maybe I was wrong about this site?

Update - 12/16/11
The tracking number I received is stuck on "Initiated". It does not show that my package was actually shipped. The expected delivery date was supposed to me today. This is NOT looking good.

**Big problem here. I just called fedex. They state that my package was never sent, only a label was generated (my package was supposed to be delivered today). The other issue, the sender is "Stone Bridge Group LLC" out of California. What is going on here??

"Very dissatisfied with this company. My order never arrived I placed my order on November 19th and still no product and today is December 10th. I emailed the company last night and have not heard back. I now cannot log onto their website and am starting to think there is a real problem here. Sounds like other customers are having the same problem. Terrible customer service. Company is located in China. Hopefully the company will contact me and let me know what the heck is going on. Terrible terrible service"

"Finally got my order ! I had same problem with what people had , I honestly think its the mailmans fault because my mailman had held onto my package for like a dam week until I went to my local post office to complain. Soo people who are having problems that they didnt receive yheir order go to your local post office."

"I placed a order on 12/05/11. I did get a confirmation that my order has been placed. The next day I checked on the shipping status via the chat service. The lady told me that the order was just placed on the 6th so give it at least three days. It has now been three days and I still don't have a shipping confirmation. Today I am trying to get on the website to send another request and I can't get on the site. I have called my card company and the money has already been taken out of my account. The card company gave me a 800 # to call to check on the status well when you call you get a China speaking person which absolutely does me NO good. I seriously want to know where my order is."

"Payed for product on the 6th of November It is now Dec 13th and still no product delivered.
I got a reply here at Resellers ratings in the same day that I posted my review. Geartaker has agreed to refund my credit card in 7 days. I must say that Geartaker has fantastic prices better than EBAY in most cases. I do recommend paying the few bucks for a tracking number.It has been a frustrating experience but Geartaker has come good and stepped up there service and for this I thank them.
