"I place an order and I país for it. Next day they send me an email saying that the shippment method I had chosen is not valid for items more than 2kg, so I had to pay extra 22euros to change the shipping method.
I answer that I want to cancel the order and the money I paíd. to be refunded.
They agree, indeed in less than 48 euros the money was refunded to my PayPal account.
