"For problems that require a tech on site they are fantastic and I recommend them highly. But the majority of computer problems can be solved quicker, easier and generally cheaper by remote access, and that would always be my first shot. It's also important that they are a company with many techs so help is always available. If your tech is a single operator, then if they're away or sick or otherwise unavailable when you have a problem, you're stuck."
