"I have had difficulties setting up my new Apple laptop and with receiving emails. I also use Microsoft. Emilio fixed ALL my devices, computer, laptop, phone and iPad. I had already had another company try to sort out my problems and after three expensive hours that person admitted defeat and suggested I get in touch with Apple. Emilio went through each device and reset passwords and access. I know the Apple problem I was having was serious but Emilio solved it. It took him about half an hour to get the laptop working. I have had this device for 8 months and I have been unable to use it. I am very very grateful that he had the expertise to finally fix the problem.
