This included a bit of a delay while we decided on new purchase. Couldn't have done it all ourselves. Very happy with the whole process, especially given Corona virus circumstances. He rang me Saturday afternoon told me what the problem was and presented some options and cost for a repair He returned the computer when he said he would. "I was having issues with my Time Machine backup on my 2 MacBook Pro laptops which I could not resolve. I phone Geeks2U, booked a remote access appointment because of Covid 19. Bryn dealt with the problems quickly and efficiently, having connections into both of the MacBooks via NBN and sorted the problem. All that now remains is the day or so that the full backup takes to complete on my network attached back up drives.
