"I couldn't be any happier with the service I received from Jason from Geeks2U today. He was polite, efficient and had my computer and laptop both fixed and showed me what to do if I had any more issues arise. My computer/laptop and modem/router are all quite old so my problem had been recurring. Jason was honest with me and we discussed options on what I need to do in the future. I have just recently been ripped off by another company who pretended to be from Geeks so I was really pleased with Jason's honesty.

I am from an IT supplier- dinosaur era background so a little dubious.
Pleasantly surprised how well their easy to use online booking works, if tech is delayed they call direct to explain and will update their eta.
This tells me they will stay until issue resolved or a plan put in place to move forward.
Today our tech was within the eta window. Asked a couple-or of questions- solved quickly. He recommended alternative to our current AV software. It was this giving us grief.
I asked about options if we get into strife again…we are so happy how they operate.
We will engage again to clean up our home office technology.

"Peter was excellent and though he was unable to fix my speaker problem on both my laptop and phone, his advice was commonsense in relation to purchasing external bluetooth speakers for my laptop. He tried to adjust speakers, also used a blower to clean, to no avail, my laptop is 8 years old, so suggested it was an aging, wear and tear problem. He was on time, very polite, phoned prior to coming as requested and nothing was too much bother for him, very professional and helpful, adding if I needed further help in relation to speakers to contact him through Geeks.
