I purchased a 4.97 Emerald Stone. But they send me cracked and scratched Emerald in place of what I see online and ordered.
When I called them to replace and refund they said you have to send at your own cost.
Ok I have taken a leave to send through courier but every courier denied to send as saying Jem and jwellery we not accept.
They don't have return or refund policy, so they are doing scams online. Once a customer purchased can not send us due to non acceptable by courier.
Again I called them they advised me kindly go to courier and said them its its a artificial jwellery and they accept.
So how I send them back to take my refund and return.
So never goes to this website. They only know about selling that's all.

Fraud company..should be banned in Australia
Gem pundit is a fraud company just like there top reviews here. Me alone with some friends ordered some opal rings... after selecting super premium stones... .we received the basics.. they send you videos of high quality stones making you believe its your order.. customer service excellent until you receive it.. ..but once you realize they have cheated you upon receiving your ring.. they are gone ... save your money and stay away from Gem Pundit
I ordered AUS size X for my ring and after many emails from them confirming they are sending the correct size they sent size Y. See pic attached. Had to spent $80 to get it resized but they never accepted their mistake.
Australia should banned them here"

I ordered a golden pearl ring of luxury quality and what I received was a white pearl of a cheap quality. When I contacted the customer service, they told me I received what I ordered.
