In researching batteries on the internet, it seemed that General had an excellent price on the specific battey type that it seemed I needed; however, V-Tech was not included on the list of compatible devices on General-Battery's website. I called the contact number and left a message for Dennis (I presume that he's the owner) and asked if that was a mistake. I got a call back that same night and Dennis left a humble friendly message that, in fact, my phone should have been included on that list.
