"I was a little cautious by the reviews however I gave it a shot, ordered 3 planes, got shipping notification next day with no tracking, emailed them and got a response same day with shipping info and a notification saying they didn't have the one in stock. I was refund for the one and the other shipped out and I got both yesterday and in perfect condition and exactly what I ordered, will order again. Thanks!!"
"Been flying about 18 months and looking at Dynams good prices but a little scared from some reviews about long waits and missing parts. Ordered Sept.9th and received on the 20th with all the parts. Packaged well and looks great. Did have to put a couple spare in tail or woulda been 5 stars"

"I live in New Zealand.
I ordered the Volantex Ranger 2400, because General Hobby was doing a good deal. I received an order confirmation with a number, but no tracking number. I had been charged including shipping to NZ.
It did not arrive for weeks. I tried emailing General Hobby several times. There was no response, each time.
Fortunately I had used PayPal to transfer the funds. The day after I contacted PayPal with a complaint, very close to the end of their complaint window, I received notice from Control Hobbies of shipment with tracking!
The goods did eventually arrive, They had simply placed a piece of rectangular cardboard upon the top and bottom of the standard box. A bit battered about but fortunately, on damage to the model.
My advice is to order from anywhere else!"

"Let me share my experience:
I contacted Mr Yang via Email and asked him if my specific model was in stock.
He replied within ~48hours that , yes it was and I ordered the plane.
Then I received a shipping and invoice confirmation.
Note: It didn’t include a shipping or tracking number.
However, I have USPS tracking alerts and it showed up on my pending packages.
The wait, ok the package took about 2 weeks to arrive. It was stuck on 2 USPS Delivery Processing Centers. One in LA and the other close to my location. It is USPS. What can I say...
The package arrived in great shape and well sealed and it had everything I was expecting, so I am a happy camper.
The good: products are as described and are priced very well. Besides, they had that beautiful model that I really wanted.
The con: Shipping is expensive and via USPS. My charge was 46 dollars.
Other sellers include free shipping but charge inflated prices. The moral of the story, there is no free lunch in this world. I wish they could offer Fedex or UPS instead.
I still think I saved about $70.00 all together.
Please follow my formula, and have some patience, and you wont be disappointed.

"Received a RTF Dynam Beaver plane. Shipped with no transmitter in box. Looks like it may have been ordered by someone who took the transmitter out and then returned it. I have tried to contact them many times, emailed twice and called several times and left messages. No response to any over days and days. Plane is NO GOOD without the transmitter. BUYER BEWARE!!!!"
"I recently ordered a RC RTF EDF Jet through General Hobby and the incorrect item was shipped. Have been trying to contact General Hobby staff to exchange the incorrect item for the actual ordered plane by phone and email over several days but the phone number provided simply disconnects the call so you can not contact them and they do not respond to the number of emails that I have submitted. Therefore I highly recommend that no one order through General Hobby since I have found that they have an F rating with the Better Business Beuarau (after I received the wrong item) and they are a number of negative complaints. General Hobby does not even ship their products and the products are sent through a company named Factories to You Inc. which is also another scam company. I was charged almost 50 dollars for 2 day shipping and it took more than 10 days to recieve the wrong item. Everyone should stay clear from these companies at cost unless you want to throw away couple of hundred dollars. "
