"Ram 3500 2012 with 3300lb springs ordered. Lasted about 20K miles. Now they are sagged out. Customer service was condescending and said that they were fine because they were not “broke”. I would look for a better company to deal with for standing behind their product."
"Blatant false advertising, don't risk doing business with them. Placed a Trimbren GMRLUM in cart, free shipping was noted in the description, at checkout shipping was added to cost. Upon calling General Spring, they indicated shipping was not free for this item and they would not honor their written advertisement of free shipping. An honest company would have honored the free shipping terms, General Spring appears to not follow that model.
They did edit the listing after I ended my call with them. The listing "free shipping" and cart with shipping images can be found in the Google and Facebook review."

What a run around I would not recommend this company or supplier to anyone , they should be truthful and not give the customer the run around ..."

"I have ordered 2 leafsprings. They were back ordered, but noone seemed to think to send me an email as much. My credit card was charged the same day as the order was placed. Arrived after 9 days. The products weren't wrapped and apparently a bolt or something like that got lost in shipping. I had to pay the mechanic extra time to reuse the one from the old one. The website asks for you to rate them as soon as you place the order. Of course they have only 5 stars! You are rating the ease of the website not the company itself! "
"I purchased a set of heavy duty springs for my E350 van. I picked General Spring based on reviews here and other places online. I called to make sure the springs were in stock. They were nice and answered all my questions. I received a tracking number the next day which was on the weekend. UPS delivered my springs in 3 days. I installed the springs with new U-bolts the same day. I could not be happier with this purchase. This is the first time I have purchased and installed leaf springs and it was super easy and cheap compared to the local springs shops that wanted $1500 to do the same job. Thank you very much General Spring. I'll be back when I'm ready to tackle my trailer springs. "
"My 97 Chevy S10 developed a saggy bottom, and needed some new leaf springs. I couldnt find replacement leaf springs at any auto store, so I researched several online sources and General Spring had the best price. I called General Spring customer service to confirm the part number I needed, and the customer service rep was polite and helpful. I placed my order with them online, and found the ordering process easy to use and glitch free. I was given immediate confirmation of my order. Then Four days later I heard nothing from General Spring. I called to inquire and was told, youll get em today. And sure enuf after my phone call I found my leaf springs delivered right on the ground outside my front door, with no box or wrapping. Just leaf springs with attached shipping label. Not Fragile I guess. My only complaint with General Spring is they didnt bother to inform me when the items were shipped, but they did deliver within the five day time frame. My new leaf springs work great and were just what my tired S10 needed. Thank You General Spring. "
