"Radiator for a '96 Grand Am. The pros: all aluminum, with shipping less than $100 total. Fast shipping. Cons: I didn't know that the transmission lines would be adapters, makes them stick out a little. The bad thing about this radiator is the piping that you slide the bottom hose on. This needs to aim sharply back towards the center of the car and this one doesn't. It banks off the air conditioner compressor which kinks the hose some. The radiator hose will rub hard on the oil fill plug on the compressor. Had to glue a piece of rubber on the hose to keep it from getting a hole in it. Took the car on a 600 mile round trip after this with no problems. Would use Genesis Auto again but may call and ask questions instead of ordering off the internet."
"Ordered a condenser for my Hyundail XG300. Quick shipping. I was impressed. Unfortunately, I couldn't afford to install it right away and by the time I could,(little over two months later) I figured out that the part was for a Sonata, not the XG300. I was charged the XG300 condenser price but received the Sonata part (which was less expensive). I checked the return rules but called anyway in hopes that they would do something since they made the mistake. Didn't even get a return call. I won't use them again."

"WORST auto parts company EVER!! selling cheap junk, then you recieve it in the mail 4days LATE and the part is DAMAGED and UNUSE-ABLE!!!! when you call to get another replacement part they tell you its going to be at least 3 weeks to recieve it!!! it took 18 days to FINALLY GET A REFUND!! YOU CALL THAT CUSTOMER SERVICE?????? DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM GENISIS AUTO PARTS YOU WILL BE VERY SORRY, DON'T MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE ME AND THOUSANDS OF OTHERS DID!
When they ship a radiator they dont even put any type of padding or packing material at all!!! Who Does That??"
"ordered 2 radiators..both were damaged and had to be repaired (client could not wait for new on to bee shipped)both were listed as all copper and brass, and one was plastic... the one for the dodge dakota was nowhere near being a direct fit and had to modift the mounting on the truck for proper fit.....all in all the businessmlost about 4 hrs and about $65.00 in repair costs......you get what you pay for...CHINESE CRAP!!!!"
"The fourth time was the charm. The first three radiators were received damgaged; two were seriously bent and one was cracked thanks to the shipping box being all beat up by FedEx. Silla, the manafacturer, could do a better job with packing; the four pieces of corner foam were not always in place and do little in protecting the radiator. Customer service was always ready to help with setting up return ship and replacement. It's been over a week and so far no leaks. Be warned that the transmission connections are 'adapters' and will push the lines out of alignment by nearly an inch. I was not able to reinstall one of the brackets. 2000 Buick LeSabre."
"Very unhappy with the product (Radiator for a 96 Buick Century) Radiator was defective and caused the failure (over heated) of my vehicle on a trip just after install. Unfortunately I was unable to detect the problem till it was too late.(Drain plug leaked under pressure)I now am stuck with a vehicle that will require a rebuild motor to make usable. Genesis Auto Parts Customer Service dept was unsympathetic and unreasonable to offer a refund of the defective radiator. I was stuck with no way to return the radiator in the time frame that Genesis Customer Service dept Company policy requires as I live in a rural area and unable to travel to package delivery company (ie. FedEx / UPS) I feel this company is a poor
example of how to operate a business that people depend on for quality built parts. If they had any real sense of customer service they would be more flexible with the way they deal with customers."
