"I haven't received my order yet, but I will not do business with GenesysDTP again. I contacted the company because my package was re-routed to a different state. After speaking to USPS to no avail, I contacted the merchant through PayPal hoping for a sympathetic willingness to at least TRY to help me. Marc blew me off which is disappointing customer service. "
"I recently ordered a set of cases to protect my video games from Genesys DTP. They came quickly and protected, however the cases were lower quality than standard cases; the white cases showed slight discoloration and all of the cases feel flimsy and thin. If you are just looking for a place to hold DVDs, go with Genesys. If you want strong protection, look elsewhere."

"I like Genesys a lot. This was my second order. My order arrived the day after I placed it. I am about 100 miles from them, so it might take longer to go cross country.
But what I like most is how they provide the little amenities you ask for. I asked for a spindle for my DVD's, which usually come in a cake box, and they sent 2 spindles. Thanks Genesys. I'll be back when I need more of the things you sell."
