There was some confusion when I went to pickup the parts I had ordered, but the staff were friendly, curtious, and accommodating.

On my last order I recieved a bad PSU. This was no fault of Genitech, but a factory defect. Ali, a Genitech employee, came in after hours to help diagnose and fix the problem. This kind of customer service is far above and beyond your average retail outlet."

"I was referred by a friend to Genitech, and boy was I not disappointed.
