Bought a pair of Nissan Frontier headlights from them. The passenger side headlight has a projector element that wasn't focusing properly. It was creating a hotspot on the plastic exterior and melting a hole. There is physical damage to the headlight. To verify that, I put a sheet of paper on the outside and a hole was burned through that as well.

I called up their customer service line to talk about it. I was told that they wouldn't refund me money for a defective part or send a replacement, but that I should ship the headlight housing back to them for repair.

On an act of faith I sent it in for repair. A few weeks later I get a call from Paul, a customer rep, who tells me that this is fairly common for projector style headlights that remain on for extended periods of time. When I asked him what extended periods of time meant, he responded with 5-6 hours. So clearly BMW , Audi, and all of the other manufacturers who use projector lights should also be experiencing melting... mmkay... sure.

I've never gotten a call back from them despite them saying I will. Avoid them at all costs."
