"Have been using HondaPartsNow, one of GPG's umbrella of storefronts for years, usually with no issues, but this time they defiantly ripped me off and made zero concessions for their own shipping mistake. I reported the issue the day I received a partial shipment (which was not indicated as partial or part of multiple packages on any packaging or correspondence), yet the seller refuses to admit they screwed up. Because of the seller's mistake, it is unlikely that the shipper will be able to assist me either. Thanks for nothing, Genuine Parts Giant. Never again."

"I used their website to determine the correct part to purchase. I ordered the $400+ part that their website indicated was the correct part. Upon receipt, it was a different part # ('Replacement', was the response I received when I asked them) and it was the wrong part, determined visually upon receipt. Per customer service (if you can call it that) "No returns on electrical parts". My recommendation is to purchase items from businesses that provide at least a minimum amount of customer satisfaction, of which this business does not. PURCHASE FROM THIS BUSINESS AT YOUR OWN RISK!!!!"
