"Really nice musical merchant online. The guitars have been shipped too fast to believe and arrived just under excellent conditions. Have ordered a couple of guitars for collection by now there is never ever any issue at all. The musicians there are always nice and patient enough for any need. Fantastic shopping experiences will definitely come back again. Rating 10/10 from me."

"I was so impressed with the exceptional service and professionalism at George's Music. A problem arose with my order (NOT the fault of George's Music but rather a shipping error), and the order specialists personally contacted me repeatedly to ensure that I was satisfied and had received all the parts of my order. They also refunded the shipping since one of the items didn't ship on time (again, not their fault). Not only were they attentive and extremely helpful, but customer service was obviously a top priority. I am so pleased with my experience. Thank you to Eric and the rest of the GM team. This is the way a business should be run!"

"I had an issue with shipping. I contacted George's Music and told them that the package was damaged during shipping. George's Music became very concerned and assured me that this was not my problem and they would handle it. They not only kept me worry free from the shipping company, they immediately took control and sent me a replacement product even before the shipping company picked up the damaged one. Those guys at Geroge's Music are great at what they do. As bad as this experience could have been, I was comfortable and pleased with the outcome. I am a first time buyer from George's Music, but because of their professional and curious attitude, I will be purchasing again with these guys. Thanks Jimmy"

"i was on the George"s Music website looking for a birthday gift for my son, the day before his birthday, i had no idea what to get him and time was running out...up pops this little box asking me if i needed help with anything...his name was Jimmy Daugherty, i explained that i wanted something special, after asking a few questions he suggested a ukele, gave me three different selections, a $20 off coupon, FREE SHIPPING and best of all could be delivered by the next day!!!I I was a little worried that my son wasn't going to like it...turns out he LOVED IT! DEFINITELY BEST BIRTHDAY PRESENT! THANKS AGAIN to JIMMY DAUGHERTY he really is an Order Specialist!"

"After playing a few basses I decided on the Ibanez SR300, but neither the local store or the national chain (GC) had the color I wanted. I found the bass in the finish I wanted still in stock at only five places online and George's Music looked the most legitimate of the five. I'd never heard of them before but took a chance and ordered an instrument....and I couldn't be happier. My bass made it halfway across the country in exactly one week when I ordered late on a Friday, on a holiday weekend. My bass was very well packed and arrived without a scratch. I'm enjoying my new instrument and the finish is amazing.
I couldn't be happier with my purchase.
