He could have stopped there, but he went above and beyond to help my find out what happened to my document on my flash drive. At the end, I finally decided that I somehow deleted the document when trying to bring it up in the 2019 word program for home/student. He gave me some ways to check with Apple to see if I could get the document back. Again, he didn't have to do this, but did so to help me - the customer - out. I give him 5 stars plus!
