"Horrible, wasted so much time trying to download, kept getting error message that link was unsafe"

"Once I got it working the Microsoft office software worked fine. However, I did find it confusing when the advertisement said I was buying Office Professional 2021 but the software was called Microsoft Office 365 which I thought was the online version. Also, the instructions provided didn't match the screen image I was presented with, which made me a bit sceptical as to what I'd actually paid for.
However, with a bit of perseverance I finally got it working.
I think if they got these basic issues sorted I would have been more inclined to give them five stars."

"Straightforward and 100% left. Just takes 30mins for the key to come through. Got a free upgrade as wasn’t explained in sales page it takes that long for the key to come through. "
