"GetYourTech provided quick shipping on an ezGear ezTrip FM TransCharger for Apple iPod and support responded quickly to email. Unfortunately poor product quality prevented the product from being usable and per their policy they would not accept return of the item except for a replacement. Anyone need a useless product?

Items ordered were “in stock” when this order was placed, Tuesday. We were counting on your obligation to fulfill promises and expected our order would be processed the same day ensuring arrival today, Thursday.
We paid for 2-day delivery to allow us time to install the purchased software and verify that the purchased accessories work successfully with our Motorola V3 Razr phones. In case the shipment arrived tomorrow, Friday, we were prepared to rush this process. In an emergency, we could have attempted our setup at the airport on Saturday when we leave for Europe.
On 2 occasions we reminded you of the importance for you to fulfill the order punctually.
To our dismay, we have just learned from UPS that this shipment will not be delivered until the 3 or 4th of January. This is more than a week after the order was placed and well beyond our critical timeframe. The extra we paid you for expedited service was unwarranted.
We needed these GSM (Global System for Mobile communication) accessories we ordered to communicate with and effect file transfers between European clients and USA contractors while we are away.
We will now have to hope our European clients will be gracious enough to allow us to use their services while we are in their presence. This is an embarrassing and compromising predicament for us. It also preempts our ability to do business at night (USA daytime) while abroad.
You offer a range of items in each of the categories we selected from your site. We purchased only top-of-the-line (most expensive) products from you and expected quality service.
In our case your reliability and promptness would have been invaluable. The Getyourtech Reward Certificate is not consolation and is irrelevant because we will not be redeeming it “on future purchases”.
We also regret the inability to communicate with you directly (by phone).

My wife bought an iPod accessory from this company and once we received it and there was clearly something wrong with it he tried to tell us it was user error rather than replace or refund for the purchase. I own three iPods that use this same accessory. It was not user error.
On this order he over charged for shipping and then blammed the shipper rather than refund the money.
This person is clearly only looking out for himself and in it only to make a buck. I would not purchase items from getyourtech.com. "
"An awful seller. Stay away. Ordered two Jarba BT250 Bluetooth headsets. Price was very attractive. One of the headsets arrived defective. Tried to phone the seller, there is no direct answer just automatic answering machine. It took me several emails until the seller bothered to respond and consented to replace the item. The defective item was shipped to the seller, since then never heard from them again, no headset no response to my calls.
