Bad Customer Service.

"Had an issue with PayPal messing up my shipping address, they refused to refund the shipping cost, even though I gave the correct address on their website. Their phone number is also fake, it just is a recording with their email address."

HORRIBLE

"Couldn’t get in touch with them for 2 days. Then when i did finally get in touch with them about my lost package they took several more days to come up with something and told me when the package get returned i wouldn’t be fully discounted and i would have to pay the return fee. Almost a month later and they saying they haven’t got the package. I don’t recommend them to anybody. They a online rip off site that have horrible customer service. If they was the last place on earth to order from i wouldn’t order from them i’ll buy a new car."

Wrong part and damaged.

"I bought an after market hood for my chevy pickup and the one that was pictured that I ordered was not the hood they sent. I installed it anyway because of the hassle for something that large and the length of time involved to switch it out. Also once I went to install it I noticed damage to the passenger side rear corner of the hood. Their quality control is terrible and I found out that I am not the only one that has received parts that don't match the parts they picture and advertise. I would never use them again...I will stick to summit racing and other companies for after market parts and panels."

"Ordered a inner fender for my c10 and two other places wanted $100 for shipping large items,I paid less than $40 for part and shipping together and got it in two days.it fit perfectly."

BAD BUSINESS PRACTICES

"ORDERD A RADIATOR FROM GET ALL PARTS ,THAY SENT THE WRONG PART ,THAY DID NOT EVEN TRY TO HELP ME GET THE RIGHT ONE ,TOLD ME TO GO TO THE VOLVO DEALER AND BRING MY VIN AND GET THEM A PART NUMBER,I SENT BACK THE RADIATOR AND WAS CHARGED A RETURN FEE,SAVE MONEY AND GO ELSEWHERE! RIP OFF.........."

The Cost of Shipping is Outrageous

"I was about to buy a particular set of items, weighing very little. Upon entering all of the required information, the shipping cost came out to $94.00. Outrageous, ridiculous: there was simply no way I would pay such an exuberant price for shipping. It would be understandable if the items were heavy, but they were not; they were plastic wheel well liners. I thought to myself that perhaps this price was the norm for items such as I was ordering, so I did some further research. I found that I could have the same items shipped from multiple different sellers for about fifteen dollars. It is clear that there is definitely something suspicious, especially considering there was only one shipping option which DID NOT give details as to how or by whom it would be shipped, only the price of that one particular lone shipping option."

Terrible Business

"If I could give this company 0 stars, I would.
Get all parts processed my payment AND confirmed the item I was ordering over the phone.
I paid $14 in shipping and waited over a week to get the wrong part.
After emailing with customer service, they wanted me to give them a ton of information before they even let me return the item. I finally got the shipping label and sent the product back.

When I sent the wrong product back, I was told that the new product would be correct and would fit on my car.
I waited another week and got the correct part but it did not fit my car.

I ordered a piece for a 2010 dodge charger and it said it would fit and did not say it for any specific trim.

The piece I got was a REPLACEMENT piece (not specified when I bought the product) and it was only for SPECIAL 2006-2008 models when it was stated it would fit 2006-2010 chargers of any trim.

I am beyond annoyed and upset with get all parts. It has been nothing but trouble with them and they do not deserve anything more than 0 stars.

Save your time and money buying elsewhere, it will be worth spending a little bit more money on something if it means they can get it right the first time.

Get all parts is a bad company.

I ordered the piece on 9/20 and almost a month later I received what was supposed to fit on my car today. It doesn't fit and I WILL be getting a full refund.

parts are garbage, No detailed description.

"I ordered a front bumper grille. It didnt fit my car - the car that was described in their advertisement. I spoke to one **** the phone and she admitted that unfortunately in their system its still not specified which exact model would fit - mine is 'special edition" and she apologized for it. Then another one sends me an email with return address and refuses to refund shipping money I paid for their Chinese crap. Whose fault is it that it doesnt fit my car ??? I m glad I didnt buy the rest of the body parts I needed from them."

Lousy Customer Service

"I ordered a radiator and a fan shroud for a vehicle. Both parts that they have listed for my vehicle are way too small and don’t fit. When contacted they stated i ordered the correct parts so tough. In addition the radiator had several crushed fins, because of that they won’t accept a return at my expense. I gave both the brand new parts to friend as i have no use for them. To summarize, if you order a part and they state it’s the correct part even if it doesn’t fit you have to pay the return shipping, even though it’s false information on their site. And if they send you a damaged item your stuck with it. A terrible company stay away, and buy elsewhere. I am out a lot of money for nothing."

$213 part not delivered, $60 refund. Robbery....

"That right there says it all, I wont repeat what I called the person at customer service when I called and asked where my front bumper cover was. I purchased the part online, which requires an email (ONE FORM OF CONTACT) and I paid for it with PAYPAL (The smart thing to do) and (THREE FORMS OF CONTACT: An Email, 2 phone numbers, AND PayPal Message center). Customer Service informed me that they had shipped the part, and said because one digit in my paypal phone contact was wrong, the part has been shipped back and I will be paying a "recycling" fee. JUST LIKE THAT. Anyone wanna guess what the "recycling" fee is? $150.... Theft, simple internet robbery...I am an Ebayer seller, and PayPal has taken money from me to pay an unsatisfied customer who gets to keep the item...No sweat, it happens...Now it is my turn to hold the blade, and Get All Parts will taste it. In 10 days, PayPal will give me my money back, as it should be..."

"Ordered side view mirror for rider side, but got passenger side. Made me pay 18 dollars for return. All in all, the process took 10 days. Don't waste time buying anything from this company "
