"This Co. charges outrageously for returns and is misleading in its sales. When ordering a camera, we were charged extra for items that come with the camera. They had a problem getting our credit card number. After this was cleared we again got a message that they had a problem. By then we sent 2 e-mails to cancel. Both went through, but Co. said they did't get it & sent it anyway, which we refused.We had ordered from Beach Camera with no problem, same price for new, del. next day. GetDigi charged us $51 for S&H on a $250 camera even though we told them we canceled. Be Warned that you will get no cooperation from them. "

"I recently bought a PV-GS70 camera, I was excited about the 3 CCD technology getting into the consumer price range. I worked for a grand total of 45 minutes. I buy and sell cars over the Internet, this new $750.00 camera that takes stills and blaa, blaa, is the life blood of my business. It took 7 Days to read the manual, and PANASONIC's shady agent GETDIGI has a 7 DAY return policy. GETDIGI would however offer to sell me another PV-GS70, at the same price, I would have to send my other camera to Panasonic, at my expence, to have it repaired, then ship it to them, at my expense, and they would then credit me $500.00 of the $750.00 I paid , not counting the $129.97 I paid for shipping already, to my account. (I wonder how many times they have done that?) So I called PANASONIC customer service, who offered to give me a $300.00 discount on the PV-GS953's retail price, in exchange for my 45 minute old PV-GS70, or send it in at your expense, no exchange, no date, just it pretty new we, don't have many parts for those, but go ahead and send it, and we will try to fix it. So I went to Wall Mart and bought a Sony where I can exchange it for 30 days, and buy an extended exchange warranty."

"I placed my order over a week ago, I called to confirm the order exactly one week ago. I have yet to be billed on my credit card, I have yet to recieve shipping info. I've emailed them twice, both of those emails have gone unanswered even after their 24-48 hour waiting period. My three calls today were utterly useless. Twice I hung up on them after sitting on hold in the shipping and tracking department and listening to Jerry Seinfeld while I waited. They would answer, "Digital" (thats it, no how can I help you, not this is so and so, nothing), I explained I was trying to get shipping info for my order, they would day, "hold a second".
Thirty minutes later I gave up on both calls. My third call after the same thing happened, 20 minutes into my call, it became 5 PM on the east coast, and Jerry Seinfeld clicked over to "We're sorry, our offices are now closed, please call back tomorrow".

"DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!

After they charged my card, they told me the product was 'grey' and that i would have to pay 75 bucks for a warranty. they tried to gouge me on lenses and so forth that i had seen for 1/3 the price, then they offered to beat that price since i was a 'first time customer'. i am glad that i am not a first time customer with them. i never will be.
