They are not ugly
Added maintenance service contract that I didn’t want and showed up on the sales contract. Sure I initialed and signed but it was a rushed process to their advantage. I cancelled both optional service and mechanical contracts after the fact. Shame on Gettel for this deceptive practice."
"I knew exactly what I came to buy (1794 Tundra) and the new sales rep who came to help me struggled with what to do. I wanted to buy an additional tonneau cover and knew the sales price online but Gettel wouldn’t give me that price; I had to go online myself and order it or pay full price (plus $500 installation). I’m buying additional accessories on top of the $80K truck I bought. At a minimum I deserved the same sale price as anyone else, and thought Gettel would have been happy to put it on after making such a large purchase. So I had to order it myself, still waiting for it to come in, so I can pick it up and work on installing it myself. This is the third vehicle I’ve purchased from Gettel, the most expensive, and the most disappointing experience.

Oh, but I did get an email asking for a review!"

I typically buy parts online and pick them up, have had to return some stuff, but the staff is great in making sure everything is proper."
"I had been looking for the rubber molding that fits between the rear fender flare and the pickup bed of my 2002 Tacoma 4x4. After receiving the wrong part from an Amazon seller I decided to buy directly from Toyota. I checked the parts diagram for my truck and found the part and, as expected, the part number was different that the one for the part I received from the Amazon seller. I entered the VIN for my truck and it "verified" the the part I was ordering (75696-35020) from you was correct for my vehicle. When the part arrived I noticed, again, that the new part was different than the original. It had a slightly different profile and had an adhesive to hold it in place rather that a rubber lip. Since the part was VIN verified I figured it was just and updated part. However, when I went to install it, it was obviously incorrect as it was too short to cover the full length of the seam between the flare an the pickup bed. So, money wasted. I guess it's not really your fault, but Toyota should do abetter job. "
