"They don't believe you when you want to return a bike due to size. Plus they expect you to pay shipping back if bought on their super sale! I had to spend an additional $200 just to fix the bike to make it rideable! Don't buy from them."

"From a person who has shopped online for a long time (from small items, to furniture to TVs to cars), i have to say that this has been one of the most pleasant online shopping experiences I have had. Despite my trust in making purchases online, most of my more experienced cycling friends encouraged me to purchase from a bike shop, based on the importance of getting a bike fitted for one's body size, so i was hesitant. These guys at giantnerd however, are very easy to get ahold of by phone also and the owner of the company explained to me a lot about fitting and helped alleviate my concerns. I initially ordered a Corvo 105 Size M and tried it out on a 26 mile ride, once it arrived. I was happy with it but felt that it was a bit small for me - i have long legs for my overall height. I sent it back with no issues (paid for by Giantnerd), changed my mind and upgraded to the Aggraziato, then they sent the new bike back to me in less than a week turnaroud time. Throughout the process they kept very positive and helpful, and even gave me the Thanksgiving pricing (though I ordered over a week later) and the quality of the bike is awesome. All of my friends who have brand name bikes are impressed with the weight, quality of components and feel of the ride (for those who tested it). I even took it to the local bike shop where we now meet for our rides and one of the guys that works there couldn't believe the quality I got for the price I paid. Very happy with this purchase."

"The bike I chose, a Tommaso Superleggera Dura Ace 9000, was packaged well for shipment and so arrived undamaged. The rear derailleur cable had not been led properly through the plastic guide under the bottom bracket, so I had to release it from the derailleur, re-route it correctly and re-adjust the cable. This was the only assembly error, but that's one too many.
Giantnerd's description says, " For the Superleggera, we believe nothing but Shimano’s best components will do". This is true for most components, but the Shimano 105 brakes are pretty basic, so I queried this with Customer Service. They replied that they do not stock Ultegra or Dura Ace brakes, but if they did, they would be happy to swap the 105 brakes for higher spec ones. I accepted this explanation at the time, as the 105 brakes were actually listed in the component specifications, but I still think that they are inconsistent with the statement that "For the Superleggera, we believe nothing but Shimano’s best components will do". When Giantnerd gets some Ultegra 6800 brakes in stock, I hope they will send me a set, so I could tick the "completely satisfied" box.
The bike rides really well, the 22 speed compact gearset shifts very smoothly and it is more stable in fast descents than my previous bike, so I am very happy with its performance"

"I bought this aggraziato (special) as a second bike, I own already a Volo from Giantnerd and my choice was to buy a second Volo but you did not have it my size 51. This bike came on time with geniusbuild and it took me 15 minutes to have it on the road. I have to say that I cannot see the difference between these 2 bikes. Both excelent to ride. Except for the gears, SRAM Force for the Volo and 105 for the Aggraziato. I think SRAM force is better than 105 but after a few rides it was not a concern.
