"I ordered from them on October 7th, and I messaged them 2 weeks later, a lousy response saying it can take up to 12 business days. Ok, so I waited another week.
I message them again, and they reply there is nothing they can do because there is no shipping tracking info.
WTF. "
"I placed my order a month ago and it still hasn't been shipped out yet. I've been using this company for years but their service has been terrible lately. Need to switch to another company.
"
"They need a more sufficient way to process and issue gift cards. Just does not make sense in this day and age."
"Receive a reward at work, and ordered a gift card for a very popular online store ( A ..n) . Almost a month later and 3 inquiries and I still get a “no inventory” in stock. Called and they have no concern, as they say the typical wait time is 15 day and is has only gone a little passed that, and I should just wait, but yet they can not tell when they will have inventory. And they will not follow up with the vendor. Not sure if they will be in business much longer if they cannot promptly supply popular digital gift cards."
"My company uses this service and they really do a lousy job. The Gift was sent to us on Dec. 7th, I promptly ordered a few gift cards. I still haven't revived them and I'm frustrated because I wanted to give a couple of them as x-mas gifts! Too late for that now... What's crazy is that I can walk into CVS and buy all the gift cards I want. Why does it take a month for these people to ship them? The reason is they don't keep any inventory in house. Seriously flawed business model. "
"You are promised a Gift card that you do not receive. When you call to see why not, your told it just expired. Terrible representation of the RED CROSS. "
"My husband has gotten 3 of these redemption certificates as a reward from his work in the last 5 months. All were digital egiftcards & delivery times to our email varied. The first one we submitted back in Aug 2018, only took 10 days to deliver to our email for Cheesecake Factory (delivery time on their website said 10-15 days). The second one took about 7 weeks for an Amazon egiftcard (web site stated only 10-15 days) so this one took much longer. The third one for a Buffalo Wild Wings egiftcard stated delivery time 24 hours and we got it in less than 2 hours! It seems to just depend on the demand and what they have in stock, just have to be patient. At least we've gotten all our egiftcards, just took forever for the Amazon one. I never bothered to call customer service because of the negative reviews on this website you basically get nowhere. You really can't be in a hurry to get these egiftcards so it's nice when you finally do get it, but I have zero expectations when it comes to the delivery time. "
"I used the super certificates I received from my employer to purchase a gift card for TJMaxx on the giftcertificates.com redemption website. The card arrived promptly. I used $25 out of the $100 gift card in NY. The $75 balance was spent at a store in California, not by me. TJMaxx would not take responsibility because the card was sold by a third party, Giftcertificates.com. Giftcertificates.com would not do anything for me either, thus I am out $75. The fraud could have been committed at TJMaxx or at Giftcertificates.com, but if the card was purchased directly from TJMaxx, they would have done something for me. Do not purchase through giftcertificates.com because they do nothing if there is fraud on the card and neither will the store."
"I've been donating blood since the mid-80's and never received a dime for the effort so I thought it was nice when the Red Cross offered a $10 gift card for my next donation. Well I submitted for that Amazon gift card August 14th, 2018 and the site said USPS 3-5 days. I checked the order status 9/27 and the order number came up as incorrect. I had to call giftcertificates.com to be told they are waiting on serial numbers from Amazon and couldn't give me an ETA. A few weeks later the status appeared on their site which said waiting for inventory. I responded to a Red Cross email (they requested more blood) and told them their generous offer of a gift card wasn't being fulfilled. They responded 10/22 that they'd look into it. Later that day they said GiftCertificates.com confirmed the Amazon certificate shipped that day. I responded 10/25 with a link to ResellerRatings indicating GC has a history of not fulfilling orders. Red Cross responded that GC isn't a scam and that if it didn't arrive, to call GC. On 10/29 I sent the Red Cross a screenshot of the status which still said waiting on inventory and said they lied to you. Red Cross replied 10/30 and again told me to contact GC.com.
The Amazon gift card finally arrived 11/3 so I let Red Cross know it arrived and thanked them. I haven't used the gift card yet so I still don't know if it actually has money loaded on it."
"How long does it take to get a digital gift card wtf?"
"I mean what service are they providing? They don’t have gift cards from their site? 6 weeks of waiting for an electronic Amazon gift card and they blame Amazon. I called Jeff Bezos and his said these guys were full of ****, the ability to buy a gift card as an individual is flawless, how does this “company” **** it up? Clowns and don’t bother calling they are useless."
"My company does a rewards program through this site. I hadn't had any problems with them until recently, but this last time I tried to redeem the credit as gift certificates to Amazon and Southwest and they've been "waiting for inventory" for the last month. They won't even give me an estimate of when they expect my order to be filled--they keep saying that they're "at the mercy of" Amazon and Southwest. It's not even a physical product! I asked whether it would be a matter of days, weeks, or months, and they couldn't answer. What kind of business doesn't know the schedule of their suppliers, even approximately? How can it be legal for them to indefinitely hold credit like this?"
"What a joke!!!! The company I work for is nice enough to give away these certificates for different reasons throughout the year. TOO BAD.........Its for this company. Everything is always out of stock and you end up waiting weeks if not months to receive the gift cards ordered. I even asked why a digital gift card takes any time at all since you can just go on a webpage and get one instantly and they responded saying they were waiting on the big companies and for me to choose another merchant. HAHA
THEY ARE A GIFTCARD COMPANY WHO DOESNT STOCK AND GIFTCARDS!!!!"
"I think this is a racket. They take the corporation's money for the "service awards" and invest it for 10-15 (or more days) to earn interest, then finally purchase the card (minus the service charge) and send it to the requester. I asked how it takes "10-15 days" to get an ELECTRONIC gift card, when I can purchase a gift card from the Bed Bath and Beyond website online in minutes/seconds. I'll be informing my company about this. It's ridiculous."
"In case anyone is wondering how long their gift card might take to ship, mine took about one month and two weeks (without paying the optional ransom for expedited shipping)."
